PVC deep water tank water curtain system

The simple but efficient cooling system is mainly used in hot and dry areas in summer. It is based on the principle of evaporation. The higher the temperature, the lower the relative air humidity, and the better the cooling effect. The water curtain made of special Fiberboard Materials provides a large surface system. It has high cooling performance.Chemical impregnation protects the water curtain from the weather. Alternatively, a plastic water curtain can also be  sed, which has a longer service life.

The water curtain is soaked from above. Thanks to the negative pressure ventilation inside the building, the outdoor  hot air is sucked into the room through the wet water curtain. In this way, the air absorbs moisture and the tempera-  ture drops. The excess water is collected at the bottom of the frame, the so-called storage tank, and then recycled. It  and a certain amount of fresh water are pumped above the water curtain by centrifugal pump, so as to wet the water  curtain again without additional water tank. The cover plate used to support the water curtain is simply installed on  the water storage tank and can be easily removed during maintenance. The special pore structure ensures the return  of excess water and prevents the invasion of rodents.

We offer an extended connection section as an option. It is easier to get close to the float valve and facilitate your  maintenance operation.

Installation height = wet curtain height + 30cm

Installation position: more than 40cm below the opening and  more than 20cm above the opening. The wall is flat and firm
